Head of Central Java II Regional Tax Office TEGUH BUDIHARTO, S.H., L.L.M.Tax. Born in Yogyakarta on November 25, 1966, Teguh Budiharto began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in October 1993. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada and later obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from Leiden University, the Netherlands, through an official study assignment program. Throughout his career, Teguh Budiharto has held various strategic positions, including Head of the Subdirectorate of Tax Collection at the Directorate of Tax Audit and Collection, and Head of Subdirectorate of General Provisions and Tax Procedures and Tax Collection with Coerc Warrant Regulations at Directorate of Tax Regulations I. He also served as Head of Surakarta Tax Office before being appointed as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs at the DGT Head Office. He later served as Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office and as Director of Objection and Appeal. Following this, he assumed the roles of Head of Central Java I Regional Tax Office and Director of Tax Regulations II. As of June 13, 2025, he serves as Head of Central Java II Regional Tax Office. In recognition of his dedication, Teguh Budiharto has received several honors, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX Year Medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

Head of Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Regional Tax Office Dra. ERNA SULISTYOWATI, M.T. Born in Yogyakarta on February 15, 1966, Erna Sulistyowati began her service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1992. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, and later pursued postgraduate studies at the same university, obtaining a Master’s degree in Engineering through a government-sponsored study program. She has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes, starting as Head of Sintang Tax Office, followed by assignments at Tax Offices Penajam, Surakarta, and Semarang Barat. With her extensive experience, she was subsequently entrusted with leading several Regional Tax Offices, including Bengkulu and Lampung, West Jakarta, and West Java I. She currently serves as Head of Special Region of Yogyakarta Regional Tax Office. In recognition of her dedication and service, she has received several prestigious awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In 2020, she was named a Change Pioneer for her leadership in developing an Integrity Zone towards WBK status by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). Head of East Java I Regional Tax Office Dr. SAMINGUN, Ak., M.Ak. Born in Dawuan on January 17, 1971, Samingun began his service at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) in March 1992. With a strong background in accounting, he completed his Diploma III and IV studies at the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN), earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia, and went on to obtain a Master of Accounting and a Doctorate in Managerial Accounting from the same university. His career at DGT reflects consistent expertise in managing state revenue and advancing tax supervision reforms. He has held several key positions, including Head of Subdirectorate of Revenue Administration and Evaluation, Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Revenue Management, and Head of Subdirectorate of Potential. In 2021, he was appointed Head of West Jakarta Medium Taxpayers Two Tax Office. He subsequently served as Head of the Subdirectorate of Strategic Intelligence at Directorate of Tax Intelligence, followed by his appointment as Head of Nusa Tenggara Regional Tax Office. Since June 2025, he has been entrusted to lead East Java I Regional Office. Head of East Java II Regional Tax Office AGUSTIN VITA AVANTIN, S.E., M.Si. Born in Banyuwangi on August 17, 1965, Agustin Vita Avantin began her career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on January 1, 1992. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, and continued her studies by completing a Master of Public Administration at the same university. Throughout her career, she has been entrusted with various key positions, including Head of East Denpasar Tax Office and Surabaya Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. She later served as Head of Jakarta Setiabudi Three Tax Office and led the Foreign Investment Five Tax Offices and Foreign Investment Two Tax Offices. Her expertise in taxation subsequently led to her appointment as Head of Division of Objections, Appeals, and Deductions at East Java I Regional Office. Her career continued to progress with her appointment as Head of North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and North Maluku Regional Tax Office, followed by Head of East Java III Regional Tax Office, and most recently, Head of East Java II Regional Tax Office since April 2022. Head of East Java III Regional Tax Office UNTUNG SUPARDI Born in Larangan on October 15, 1970, Untung Supardi began his career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on March 1, 1991. His educational background began with a Diploma III in Finance specializing in Property Tax Appraisal at the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN), followed by a Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. He later earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and completed his Doctoral (Ph.D.) program at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Throughout his career, Dr. Untung Supardi has been extensively involved in asset valuation and organizational transformation. He has served as Head of the Subdirectorate of Valuation at the Directorate of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and Duty on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB), as well as Head of Subdirectorate of Valuation I at Directorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation. In 2010, he was appointed Head of Division of Cooperation for Extensification and Valuation at Central Java II Regional Tax Office. He later played a significant role in organizational development through his appointments as Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation Development at the Directorate of Business Process Transformation and Head of Subdirectorate of Organizational Transformation at Directorate of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. He also led Denpasar Medium Taxpayers Tax Office and, in 2025, was entrusted with the position of Head of East Java III Regional Tax Office. Head of West Kalimantan Regional Tax Office INGE DIANA RISMAWANTI, S.E., Ak., M.F.M., Ph.D Born in East Jakarta on October 22, 1969, Inge Diana Rismawanti began her service at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on March 1, 1990. Her career has shown significant advancement in line with her growing competence and academic achievements. She holds a Diploma III in Finance with a specialization in Accounting from the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN) and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Padjadjaran University. She further advanced her academic credentials by obtaining a Master of Accounting and Finance from Central Queensland University, Australia, and successfully completed her doctoral (Ph.D.) program at Curtin University, Australia, making her one of the DGT officials with a strong international academic background. With an academic background in Agriculture from Hasanuddin University and a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Adelaide, Australia, she possesses a strong combination of expertise in accounting and financial management. Throughout her career, Syamsinar has held several strategic positions within the DGT. She has served as Head of Tax Office Bantaeng, Head of Tax Office Makassar Utara, and Head of Makassar Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. Her leadership journey continued when she was appointed as Head of Nusa Tenggara Regional Tax Office in 2022, and since November 2023, she has been entrusted as Head of South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office. Head of East and North Kalimantan Regional Tax Office Dr. HERU NARWANTA, SP.I, M.Si Born in Gunung Kidul on December 26, 1969, Heru Narwanta began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1991, holding the rank of Pengatur Muda (IIa). He pursued his initial education in finance with a specialization in property tax valuation through the Diploma III Program at BPLK Jakarta. He then earned his Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, followed by a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. Demonstrating his strong commitment to academic advancement, he also attained a Doctoral degree from the same university. Throughout his career, Dr. Heru Narwanta has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes. He has served as Head of Division at the Regional Tax Offices of Jakarta I and Central Jakarta. Subsequently, he was entrusted to lead Wonosari Tax Office and Jakarta Mampang Prapatan Tax Office. In his further career progression, Dr. Heru assumed structural positions at the DGT Headquarters, including Head of Subdirectorate of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and Duties on Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) Regulations, as well as Head of Subdirectorate of Internal Investigation at Directorate of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. Head of South, West and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office YFR HERMIYANA, S.E., M.Si. Born in Gunung Kidul on June 16, 1968, YFR Hermiyana began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at Directorate General of Customs and Excise on December 1, 1989. From the outset, he demonstrated a strong commitment to the fields of customs and taxation. He pursued his diploma and undergraduate studies at the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN) and the Financial Training Agency (Badan Diklat Keuangan), specializing in Customs and Excise. He later earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Indonesia, further enhancing his expertise in public policy and management. Over more than three decades of service, YFR Hermiyana has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise as well as in cross-directorate institutions. His career began as Head of Division of Customs and Excise Services II at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Major Servicing Office. Head of North, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo and North Moluccas Regional Tax Office EUREKA PUTRA, S.E., Ak., M.Sc., Ph.D. Born in Solok on June 25, 1971, Eureka Putra completed a Diploma III in Finance with a specialization in Accounting at the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN) in 1993 through a government-sponsored study program. He earned his Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Airlangga University in 1999, followed by a Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois in 2002. In 2014, he completed his doctoral studies at Yamaguchi University, Japan, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree under a fully funded study program. Beginning his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on March 1, 1992, he has undertaken various assignments across different functions and levels within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). His structural career at the administrator level began when he was appointed Head of Padang Two Tax Office in 2015. He later served as Head of Jakarta Sawah Besar Two Tax Office in 2019. In 2020, he assumed the role of Head of the Subdirectorate of Policies Impact at Directorate of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue. His proven competence, experience, and leadership led to his appointment as Head of North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and North Maluku Regional Tax Office effective September 2, 2024.
