
SYAMSINAR, S.P., M.Comm
Born in Ujung Pandang on April 14, 1970, Syamsinar began her career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1995. With an academic background in Agriculture from Hasanuddin University and a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Adelaide, Australia, she possesses a strong combination of expertise in accounting and financial management.
Throughout her career, Syamsinar has held several strategic positions within the DGT. She has served as Head of Tax Office Bantaeng, Head of Tax Office Makassar Utara, and Head of Makassar Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. Her leadership journey continued when she was appointed as Head of Nusa Tenggara Regional Tax Office in 2022, and since November 2023, she has been entrusted as Head of South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office.
Her dedication to supporting bureaucratic reform and achieving organizational performance has been recognized through various awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX medals from the President of Republic of Indonesia, as well as commendations from the Ministry of Finance and Regional Tax Office for outstanding unit performance—among them, the award for Second-Best Head of Office in the 2017 employee performance recognition program.
With extensive experience in managing regional operational units and strong academic credentials in accounting and resource management, Syamsinar is recognized as a firm, professional, and highly dedicated leader in advancing a modern and integrity-driven Directorate General of Taxes.
