Dra. ERNA SULISTYOWATI, M.T.
Born in Yogyakarta on February 15, 1966, Erna Sulistyowati began her service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1992. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, and later pursued postgraduate studies at the same university, obtaining a Master’s degree in Engineering through a government-sponsored study program.
She has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes, starting as Head of Sintang Tax Office, followed by assignments at Tax Offices Penajam, Surakarta, and Semarang Barat. With her extensive experience, she was subsequently entrusted with leading several Regional Tax Offices, including Bengkulu and Lampung, West Jakarta, and West Java I. She currently serves as Head of Special Region of Yogyakarta Regional Tax Office.
In recognition of her dedication and service, she has received several prestigious awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In 2020, she was named a Change Pioneer for her leadership in developing an Integrity Zone towards WBK status by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). In 2024, she also received third place in the Best Employee Advocacy Amplifier category for Echelon II Units within the Directorate General of Taxes.
