Director of Tax Data and Information MAX DARMAWAN Born in Jakarta on August 7, 1968. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1992, and later pursued a Master’s degree in Taxation at the University of Denver, United States, through a government-sponsored study assignment. He was appointed as a Candidate Civil Servant (CPNS) in March 1995, and since then, he has dedicated his career to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), serving in various assignments at tax offices, regional tax offices, and the head office. His leadership journey began as Head of Karikpa Balikpapan and Head of Balikpapan Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. He was subsequently entrusted with the roles of Head of the Subdirectorate of Appeal and Lawsuit I at the Directorate of Objection and Appeal, Head of Jakarta Setiabudi Three Tax Office, and Head of Division of Tax Objections, Appeals, and Deduction at North Jakarta Regional Tax Office. Following these roles, he served as Head of Public Listed Company Tax Office and was assigned as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs at the DGT Head Office. In 2021, he was promoted to Echelon II as Head of East and North Kalimantan Regional Tax Office, followed by an assignment as Head of Central Java I Regional Tax Office. Since September 2, 2024, he has been entrusted with the position of Director of Tax Data and Information. In recognition of his dedication and contributions, he has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX year medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the Nagara Dana Abyakta Award for significant contributions to the empowerment of MSMEs, as well as multiple awards for outstanding performance in revenue collection and financial management within the DGT. Director of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation BELIS SISWANTO, S.E., Ak., M.A. Born in Kediri on June 15, 1970, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Accounting) and pursued a Master’s degree in Administration. Since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in March 1997, he has devoted his career to serving within the Ministry of Finance, particularly at the Directorate General of Taxes. His leadership journey began as Head of West Mataram Tax Office. He subsequently served as Head of Division of General Affairs, led the Large Taxpayer Two Tax Office, and was entrusted as Head of Subdirectorate of Potential at Directorate of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue. In 2019, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Head of Nusa Tenggara Regional Tax Office. He later served as Inspector within the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance. Since June 13, 2025, he has been entrusted with the position of Director of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. Director of Information and Communication Technology HANTRIONO JOKO SUSILO Born in Bojonegoro on December 22, 1968, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Industry and pursued a Master’s degree in Taxation. Since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in March 1991, he has dedicated his career to serving within the Directorate General of Taxes through various strategic assignments. His leadership journey began as Head of Division of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and Duty on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) at Jakarta IV Regional Tax Office. He was subsequently entrusted as Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation Development at Directorate of Business Process Transformation, followed by an assignment as Head of Division of Organization and Governance. In 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Director of Business Process Transformation, and later assigned as Head of South, West, and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office. Since October 4, 2021, he has served as Director of Information and Communication Technology. Director of Business Process Transformation Dr., Ir. IMAM ARIFIN, M.A. Born in Grobogan on June 27, 1967, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree in Administration, and a Doctoral degree. He has served at the Directorate General of Taxes since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in January 1992. He began his leadership career as Head of Division of Cooperation, Extensification, and Valuation at West Java I Regional Tax Office, followed by a similar role at the Banten Regional Tax Office. He was later entrusted to lead the Serpong Tax Office and served as Head of Subdirectorate of Human Resources Competency and Capacity Development at the Directorate of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. In 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Director of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. He subsequently served as Head of South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office and Head of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Tax Office. Since February 5, 2021, he has held the position of Director of Business Process Transformation. Director of International Taxation MEKAR SATRIA UTAMA Born in Kotabumi on June 23, 1968, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Doctoral degree. Since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in November 1993, he has dedicated his career to serving at the Directorate General of Taxes through various strategic assignments. His leadership journey began as Head of Bekasi Medium Taxpayers Tax, followed by his tenure as Head of Foreign Investment Three Tax Office and Head of Large Taxpayer One Tax Office. He was later assigned as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs at the Directorate General of Taxes. In 2012, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Head of South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office. He subsequently served as Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations; Head of Large Taxpayer Regional Tax Office; and since February 5, 2021, as Director of International Taxation. Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs KINDY RINALDY SYAHRIR Born in Yogyakarta on November 22, 1972, Kindy Rinaldy Syahrir began his service as a Candidate for Civil Servant (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance on December 1, 2002. He has built his career through a series of strategic assignments within the Ministry of Finance, including serving as Head of Division at the Fiscal Policy Agency, Head of Division at Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, and was once seconded to Bureau of Human Resources at Secretariat General. In 2025, he was entrusted with the position of Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and intensification affairs. Academically, he earned his Bachelor's degree from The University of New South Wales, his Master's degree from The University of Sydney, and his Doctoral degree from Universitas Padjadjaran. Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs MUKHAMMAD FAISAL ARTJAN, S.E., M.A., Ph.D. Born in Jakarta on November 30, 1975, he earned a Diploma from the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara) in 1996, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia in 2000, and both a Master of Arts and a Doctoral degree in International Development from Nagoya University, Japan. Since 1996, he has served at the Directorate General of Taxes, holding various strategic positions, ranging from staff member in the Division of Organization and Procedures, Head of Section in several units, to Head of Pematang Siantar Tax Office. Since 2025, he has been entrusted as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs at the Directorate General of Taxes. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in various training programs, both domestically and abroad, including the TADAT Assessment Program by the IMF–ATO Australia, as well as numerous workshops and seminars on tax administration and risk management. In addition, he is known for his active contributions in writing on taxation and public policy, producing articles, scholarly publications, and books. For his academic and professional contributions, he has received several awards, including the ADB–JSP Scholarship and the Japanese Government Scholarship (Monbusho). With his academic background, international experience, and proven track record in organizational management and tax administration transformation, he is recognized as a competent professional with strong dedication to developing human resources within the Directorate General of Taxes.

She began her service as a Civil Servant Candidate at the Directorate General of Taxes in March 1995. Her leadership journey began with an assignment as Head of Division of Human Resource. Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs POLTAK MARULI JOHN LIBERTY HUTAGAOL Born in Jakarta on November 27, 1965, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Brawijaya in 1988. He continued his postgraduate studies at Macquarie University, Australia, where he obtained a Master of Economics in 1994, and later earned a Doctorate in Business Management from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2004. Beginning his service as a Candidate for Civil Servant on October 1, 1989, he has held numerous important positions within Directorate General of Taxes. His structural career began as Head of Division of Income Tax at West Java I Regional Tax Office VIII in 2002, followed by Head of Division of Audit, Investigation, and Tax Collection at the Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office in 2004. He also served as Head of Subdirectorate for Dissemintaion Facilities and Personnel at the Directorate of Tax Dissemination (2006) and Head of Subdirectorate of Policies Impact at Directorate of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue (2007). His assignments at vertical units began with his appointment as Head of Jakarta Tebet Tax Office (KPP) in 2008, and later as Head of Foreign Investment I Tax Office in 2009. He subsequently served as Advisor to the Director General for Taxpayer Services, Supervision, and Law Enforcement, before being appointed Director of Tax Regulations II in 2012 and Director of International Taxation in 2016. At the regional level, he was appointed Head of East Java I Regional Tax Office in 2021. He later served as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resource Development and Management Affairs in 2023, before being entrusted, as of May 1, 2025, with the role of Acting Head of East Java III Regional Tax Office. In recognition of his dedication and service, he received the Satyalancana Karya Satya medal for XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022. In addition, he ranked first in the General Administration Training Program (ADUM) and second in the School of Administrative Leadership (SPAMA), demonstrating his capability and excellence in leadership development and public management. Head of Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office YUNIRWANSYAH, S.E, Ak, DESS.CAAE. Born in Kerinci on June 22, 1967, he began his service as a Candidate for Civil Servant (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes in November 1993. He has a strong academic background in economics and business administration. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Andalas, Padang. He then pursued postgraduate studies in France through a government-sponsored scholarship program and earned the Dess – Certificat d’Aptitude à l’Administration des Entreprises from Université François Rabelais. Yunirwansyah’s career reflects consistent dedication to taxation and fiscal regulation. He served as Head of the Public Relations Section at Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office in 2004, and subsequently held several strategic positions, including Head of Jakarta Tanah Abang Dua Tax Office, Head of South Jakarta Medium Taxpayers Tax Office and Head of Large Taxpayers I Tax Office. In 2009, he was entrusted with the position of Head of Subdirectorate of Corporate Income Tax Regulations at the Directorate of Tax Regulations II, before later serving as Head of North Sumatra II Regional Tax Office in 2013. His expertise in regulatory matters led to his appointment as Director of Tax Regulations II in 2016. His leadership experience continued as he became Head of Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office and Head of Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office since 2023—one of the most strategic units within Indonesia’s national tax revenue structure. In recognition of his dedication and contributions, Yunirwansyah has received several awards, including The Satyalancana Karya Satya medals for XX and XXX years of service, awarded by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Recognition for managing a work unit designated as a Corruption-Free Zone (Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi – WBK), and The Nagara Dana Rakca Madya Award from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
