TEGUH BUDIHARTO, S.H., L.L.M.Tax.

Born in Yogyakarta on November 25, 1966, Teguh Budiharto began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in October 1993. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada and later obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from Leiden University, the Netherlands, through an official study assignment program.

Throughout his career, Teguh Budiharto has held various strategic positions, including Head of the Subdirectorate of Tax Collection at the Directorate of Tax Audit and Collection, and Head of Subdirectorate of General Provisions and Tax Procedures and Tax Collection with Coerc Warrant Regulations at Directorate of Tax Regulations I. He also served as Head of Surakarta Tax Office before being appointed as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs at the DGT Head Office.

He later served as Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office and as Director of Objection and Appeal. Following this, he assumed the roles of Head of Central Java I Regional Tax Office and Director of Tax Regulations II. As of June 13, 2025, he serves as Head of Central Java II Regional Tax Office.

In recognition of his dedication, Teguh Budiharto has received several honors, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX Year Medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
