ARIF YANUAR
Born in Yogyakarta on January 28, 1967, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, Yogyakarta, in 1992, and completed a Master’s degree in Management at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, in 1994.
Since his appointment as a Candidate for Civil Servant in March 1995, he has served the Directorate General of Taxes through various strategic assignments at tax service offices, regional offices, and the head office.
His leadership experience began as Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office Malang, followed by appointments as Head of Bali Regional Tax Office and Head of South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office. In 2016, he was appointed Director of Tax Regulations I. He subsequently served as Head of Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office, and later as Secretary of the Directorate General of Taxes. Since June 13, 2025, he has been entrusted with the role of Director of Tax Audit and Collection.
In recognition of his dedication and professional contributions, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya medal for XX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as awards in the fields of leadership, human resource development, and active participation as a speaker in various national and international forums on taxation and economic policy.
With extensive experience in operations, policy formulation, and supervision, he is known as a decisive and principled leader, committed to enhancing the effectiveness of law enforcement and safeguarding state revenue.
