DUDI EFENDI KARNAWIDJAYA, S.T., M.M., M.S.A.

Born in Bandung on September 18, 1969, Dudi Efendi Karnawidjaya was appointed as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) in March 1995, marking the start of his career as a public servant within the Ministry of Finance.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and pursued postgraduate studies, earning a Master of Management from Padjadjaran University as well as a Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States. These programs were completed under official study leave, reflecting his strong commitment to professional development.

Throughout his career, Dudi has held various strategic positions. He served as Head of the Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification at Directorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation, Head of Division of General Affairs, and Head of Bandung Tegallega Tax Office. He later served as Head of Division at West Java I and Bengkulu-Lampung Regional Tax Offices and was subsequently appointed Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation Development at Directorate of Business Process Transformation.

His career advanced further when he was assigned as Head of Karawang Medium Taxpayers Tax Office before being appointed as Head of Papua, West Papua, and Maluku Regional Tax Office in May 2024.

For his dedication, Dudi received the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Year Medal from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2016. He also earned the Academic Excellence Award from the College of Commerce and Business Administration, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements at the international level.
