
Ir. ROMADHANIAH, M.Ec.
Born in Palembang on December 12, 1967, Romadhaniah began her career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in March 1995. A graduate of Sriwijaya University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, she later pursued postgraduate studies and earned a Master of Economics in Public Finance and Tax Policy from Yokohama National University, Japan, through a government-sponsored study program.
Throughout her career, Romadhaniah has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes. Her leadership journey began as Head of Palembang Seberang Ulu Tax Office, followed by roles as Head of Division at South Jakarta and South Jakarta I Regional Tax Offices, and as Head of Subdirectorate of Policies Impact at the Directorate of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue. She was later entrusted to lead North Sumatra II Regional Tax Office and South Sumatra & Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Tax Office, and since November 2023, she has served as Head of West Java III Regional Tax Office.
Romadhaniah actively shares her knowledge and experience as a speaker in various events, including public lectures, national seminars, leadership coaching, and tax training programs. She has been invited by several universities, such as Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, Nurul Huda University, Tridinanti University, and Gunadarma University.
In recognition of her dedication, she has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX Year Medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as performance awards for her contribution to safeguarding tax revenue in 2010 and to the preparation of DGT’s financial statements, which achieved an unqualified audit opinion (WTP) for the 2022 fiscal year. She is also actively involved as a mentor in the Women-to-Women Coaching program, reinforcing the role of female leadership within the Ministry of Finance.
