AIM NURSALIM SALEH

Born in Bandung on October 20, 1967, Aim Nursalim Saleh began his service as a civil servant upon his appointment as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) in March 1995.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International University of Japan through an official study assignment program.

Throughout his career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), he has held various key positions. His structural career began as Head of Subdirectorate of Taxpayer Services, Dissemination, and Library, as well as Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Services at the Directorate of Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations. He then served as Head of Jakarta Setiabudi Three Tax Office, Head of Bandung Cibeunying Tax Office, and Head of Large Taxpayers One Tax Office.

His leadership journey progressed to the Regional Office level, where he served as Head of Regional Tax Offices Aceh, West Sumatra and Jambi, and South Jakarta I. In 2022, he was appointed as Director of Tax Extensification and Valuation, followed by his role as Director of Objection and Appeal in 2024. As of June 2025, he serves as Head of Banten Tax Office.

In recognition of his contributions, he received several awards, including the 2010 Outstanding Employee Award and the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Year Medal from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, honoring his long-standing dedication in the field of taxation.
